At Alley Crafters, all our products are made to order with care and attention to detail. Here's what you need to know about shipping:
Processing Time
As all items are custom-made and printed to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Tracked Delivery: Available at checkout
- Free Shipping
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 7-14 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days after dispatch
Please note: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
