At Alley Crafters, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because all our products are made to order and personalised just for you, we have the following policy:

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

As all our products are custom-made and printed to order with your personalisation, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your orderwith:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your case and offer a replacement or full refund if the fault is confirmed.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
